An initial non-refundable deposit of twenty percent (20%) of estimated charges is required to confmn your date along with a signed contract.

Guest Accommodations
A room block may be setup for guests attending your event at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio. Check in time is 3:00pm, and check out time is 11am. If you would like to setup a block of rooms, a minimum of ten guestrooms must be guaranteed or the prevailing hotel rate will be offered.
